Media Space is a 30-minute, multi-platform broadcast TV and streaming media series hosted by Hanson Hosein, an award-winning TV correspondent and Director of the University of Washington’s Master of Communication in Digital Media (MCDM). This lively interview program will engage groundbreaking thought leaders in technology, entrepreneurship, community, and entertainment on where we are headed in the future of media and storytelling.
In the premiere episode of Media Space, we begin – with an inspiring laugh. Daring digital media entrepreneur Ben Huh has struck Internet gold in championing the absurd. His hugely popular I Can Haz Cheezburger and FAIL blog has proven that there’s money to be made in user-generated humor.
To add some bite to the buzz, best-selling author and self-described “Kick-Ass-Speaker” Scott Berkun will be joining in to share his thoughts on the value of online content and conversations.
Future guests include Elan Lee of Fourth Wall Studios, Kate James, CCO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Monica Harrington, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer of Intersect.
The buzz is coming!
