Take this 14-day challenge to improve your communication leadership skills

At the end of their first Comm Lead class students produce a portfolio illustrating their leadership through the lenses of story and community. This week, we feature MCCN student AK Sterling‘s unique 14-day challenge and reflective journal inspired by the tenets of the Declaration of Communication Leadership.

“The 14-Day Communication Leadership Character Dare Challenge and Reflection Journal is a challenge for students and working professionals that want to develop and strengthen their communication leadership skills. Each day presents a different daily character dare that is tailored around a different tenet. Each challenge will stretch participants in new ways and help them step out of their comfort zone. Reflection questions are provided for each day to allow participants to reflect about the day and the challenge.”
