Student Ambassador Online Q&A Sessions

Curious about diverse student experiences at Comm Lead? Comm Lead ambassadors will talk about the three tracks, life at UW, early, mid-career, and international student experiences and answer any questions you might have during these Zoom sessions.

Career Panel: Navigating and Launching a Career in Communications in the Post-Pandemic Era

Are you worried about navigating and launching your communication career after a pandemic? Have you been wondering what a career in communications might look like for you at this moment? Our program is hosting a career panel to help you find some answers. We will talk to some of our accomplished industry professionals about applying for jobs during the pandemic, adapting to work remotely and finding new clients in the current environment, and learn more about their current roles, career trajectories and industries. We will also discuss the future of communications roles and get some useful tips on how to get ready to apply for these roles.

Comm Lead Open House

November 9th, 2022, 6:00-7:00 p.m. PST (@Zoom and UW campus)

Attend this Open house to hear from different members of the Comm Lead community to get a holistic perspective of our professional graduate program. Our program director and faculty will introduce you to the three degree tracks and share insights about program courses and our staff will give you a glimpse of how we build our incredible community of thoughtful practitioners of communication. Alumni fellows will discuss how the degree has impacted their career while current students will share stories behind their decision to study at Comm Lead.
