COVID-19 has changed the way we communicate, practically overnight. Every business and organization on the planet is suddenly facing challenges in reaching their clients and customers. As community builders and communication professionals with expertise in digital technology, members of the University of Washington’s Communication Leadership (CommLead) program are uniquely equipped for this moment — and we’re ready to take action.

What We Do

Comm Lead has assembled our COVID-19 Consultancy to help nonprofits and small businesses navigate the challenges of communicating in the face of this pandemic including:
  • Communicating within your organization (internally) and with your audience (externally) from a distance
  • Pivoting communications strategies, messaging and business practices to continue in the face of COVID-19
  • Creating videos and other multimedia assets while practicing social distancing
  • Hosting online events
We’re offering pro-bono consulting in these areas and can connect organizations with professionals who can help carry out communication projects.
